RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Regular Priced & Unworn Items will be gladly accepted for a refund within 7 days from the delivery date. It is applicable to all countries. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Contact us at aajewelry.online@gmail.com before sending any items back to us and we will email you the return label. Any promotional items or free gifts included with the order must be returned. Otherwise, you would be charged a full price for that item. After receiving your returned items, we would gladly issue a refund to your original form of payment. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receiving the product. It may take 4-7 business days for your credit card company to credit the account.

EXCHANGES

You can place a new order if the desired size, color, or alternative model are available, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund. (Please read above RETURNS policy)

NOTE: Buyers are responsible for shipping all the items back to our location.

NOTE: Shipping costs are not refunded nor applied for store credit during the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at aajewelry.online@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
